Strickland Management Services, Inc. currently operates two Florida Rapid Lube service centers in the state of Florida. Our company has two basic goals that guide us.

Goal #1: Give the customer a high quality 10-minute oil change in a clean, safe, and convenient location, free of high pressure sales tactics where customer satisfaction is the rule, not the exception.

Goal #2: Give the employee a company they can be proud of, and a work environment that encourages excellence in customer satisfaction.
